Store between 2°C and 8°C (In a refrigerator). Do not freeze and avoid exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight. Keep the container in the outer carton in order to protect from light. When in use cartridges may be kept for up to 28 days. Do not use beyond this period. When in use do not store above 30°C. Warning: Any change of insulin should be made cautiously and only under medical  supervision. For dosage and administration consult your Doctor. To be sold on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner only. Keep out the reach and sight of children. One cartridge contains 3ml equivalent to 300 IU insulin – 30% soluble insulin / 70% isophane insulin. Also contains glycerol, dibasic sodium phosphate 7H2O, protamine sulfate, zinc oxide with m-cresol and phenol as preservatives in water for injections. Sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloride acid may have been used to adjust acidity. To be used as directed by the physician. See enclosed literature.
